a must have in your training cell fuck what anyone says i use it it balances out the nrg and stamina perfectly for those who dont have playboy mags and other high priced amens i got rid of

they destroyed my cell even before I got playboys and toilets I didnt use them

they are great bro everyone doesn't have a top class training cell i never owed a clean toilet but i did have all playboys and still then i used my coffee press without them my gains were less sometimes you need that extra 20 nrg all stamina is not good i came to far with them for someone to say they are horrible and useless no disrespect but half the players won't ever get the amens you can but every player can utilize a coffee press

ok we just disagree thats fine, but playboys doesnt help the arguement any.....if you dont have playboys you have less stm so subtracting stm isnt going to make up for that. Not that they can even be considered top class training ammens. many on market for 175-200 favs last month.

I judge amens from stats any amen offering stamina and nrg are top class amens they balance out i judge amens on what they can do so amens that can go in crime cell training cell and fight cells are the best the game has to offer and when it comes to training nrg and stamina are the main stats then negative hp so any amen with a combination of them especially with a 1x1 dimention are top class amens don't go with the prices here cause we all know if prices matched stats clean toilets would not be that costly compared to gaming systems and other great dvds

yes I agree here that playboys are very useful training ammen, what I thought you meant by not having the top class ammens meaning they are very expensive and hard to obtain which isn't so much the case lately.

you a good dude neo agreed with everything except the coffee press are useless i dont want that spreading around the game the lower levels have it in there mind they need all these so called great amens to be the best all you need is a max cell to survive in this game a max cell is more important than any amen and the amens in the wardens office are great everyone should own any training amen in the wardens office from lower jails to bigger jails and as your cell get better then you get rid of the basics all this best power train cell bs from nj to me it's a great topic but attracts the dupes more than the new players that joined the game and have no idea of what a power train is

fair enough chilla.....my message wasnt at all that you need to have all the great ammens to play the game. I didnt have toilets or playboys til recently and I got by just fine too. Very useful to have but they are more luxury then anything - it all depends on your gameplay to make it in this game. Everyone cells going to be different because everyone has different ammens and are at different levels - so maybe coffee presses have been good to you. Personally even before I had toilets I didnt use presses. I could see them being more used by lower lvls because they dont subtract as much stm for lower lvls, but when you get our lvls they taking away 20+ stm - thats a damn lot.

yeah it's a lot but the game is flooded with stamina amens i don't have dh pt 1 noise cacelling head phones easter baskettes and a few other stamina amens which are great if you have the nrg from toilets and banana to balance out but without them the coffee press does miracles cause i can only replace them with like checkers or +3 nrg amens and that does not do the trick and everyone forgets that there is such a thing as over stamina having 10% stamina after a train is no good
