nope not true players in top jails have the ability 2 crime and buy them or crime and buy favors with eds ppl in jersey and sq cant do it as easily as we can dupes get banned aka therefore u can get em in the firesales

Fine just take them all away from New Jersey and add them all to San Quentin so the lvl 3-4s can go try to get them. Dupes dont get firesaled too often and they just transfer dvds to there other dupe. I've seen a decent amount of lvl 1s been playing for a whole 2 hours list the new dvds
