I purchased 300 favors for pfcwhite , i got charged for 300, but he only recieved 100. I have the receipts sent to my email for the charges but in the transaction log on prison block they are not showing up

If you bought favors for someone else... then the transaction doesn't show up in your account

If he ripped you off, handle it. I seriously can't stop to investigate every transaction gone awry and play judge and jury.
