I cant buy from adam today.

Last time he was out few days ago I bought from him but wont let me today.

Someone else said they had bought from him last time and did today as well.

It's because of how the Joe reset system works.

When Joe spawns in SD (for example) he resets the data for all users in SD. So if you're off in Loui, you won't get reset, which means you can't buy.

It's not a perfect system, and the bugs created from such a system are well known. But that's how it works.

That makes sense as I was in LA and got PM that adam was in SD.

this explains my trouble i had with joe last night went up to him first time and he ko'd me out said he reckonized me....

it shows him at 4,9 in my putnam map but he's in the same place I last saw him!!and it's been a week in between and still can't buy from him
