so i came back after not having played for a while and i had a 3x7 cell.  and adding another row to make it 3x8 only cost me like 8 favors which i felt was a little low. but now if i want to add a  column it costs 240 favors.  just seems a little weired costs from what i remember when i first started playing

u shouldnt add loads of rows u should have done 4x3 and then 4x4 and then 5x4 and 5x5 it would b way cheaper than the way u were doing it

Actually makes no difference which way you do it. Total cost is the same. Though a 3x8 cell looks dumb as fuck so start making it more square! No one wants to live in a corridor...

The reason the cost is higher is that the cell upgrade cost structure has changed.
