Each voting site counts unique votes in their own way. Most require you to wait 24 hours in between votes. Site downtime, using the same IP/computer as someone else, and other issues can complicate things. At the end of the day, if they don't count your vote for WHATEVER reason, you don't get a favor.

hmm right i allways used SMS to buy favors for a long time and nothing has changed , i thought after a few days it would go back to normal i guess not so will i just have to make do with out purchase??
