i bought a dvd yesterday off suzy26, what was an iron man regular for 110 favors and it hasnt gone into my cell inventory? i also bought a kung fu panda dvd at the same time and that dvd is in my cell inventory now... i deliberately didnt add it to my cell due to not having enough favors to protect it... that is, if it went into the bootleg bin when equpping to the cell. i have asked suzy to try get the event of me buying it off her to prove that i did purchase it. i hope this can get sorted as this could occur again for somone else. thanks for your time.

did it take the favors? someone else may have bought it right before you and when you click it said "invalid item" instead of "purchase complete" and depending how quick you were when you bough kung fu panda right after not even noticed since that purchase was sucessful...

im aware of when it says invalid item or not and yes it did take my favors. i had 390 favors that day before this happend...

i spent 80 on the kung fu panda dvd then 110 on the iron man reg dvd leaving me with 200 favors. then i spent 180 favors on the firesale what was soon after, leaving me with 20 favors as a backup. since then i have sold amens on the market to raise my favors up.. other then that, to spend 110 favors and not get the dvd.. aswell as it charging me for what i purchased.. im not the type of person to make a pointless thread in this area of the forum this has happened and ive reported it..

I never get why people wait so long to report things like this... but after digging through your logs:

Those are your only purchases from the market around that time, so I can only assume user error.
