i am moving soon, and most likely will be changing my ip adress (dont have a clue how that works tough...)

the only way i can get dupes is if i go back to the first ip adress right? or will i get dupe just by changing it?

As long as no one else is on your exact IP you should be fine. If someone moves into your old home and gets your IP and plays then they might be marked as a dupe of you. Likewise if someone's already playing from the IP you get when you move.

IP-based bans are less common than other dupe bans though.
