You can verify that i do not have two accounts, because we log on from different PCs, different cities in Romania to be exact. He is in Giurgiu, i am in Bucharest, and i bet you can check your logs to proove that.

I did log on from he's computer today while i was visiting him, but only to show him the game, after that he decided to create an account for himself using my referral.

One of the things we wanted to help prevent was people signing up under themselves to get extra favors. We also wanted to prevent people from sending money to themselves between two accounts. As the wiki states, we have NO way of knowing who is actually a real person or not (I'm sorry, but "I promise" and "I swear" really don't account for much). So, with this in mind, the system is working as designed.

Even if you do "prove it" that's not the point bro.  The fact is, if he changes this for you..he'll have to change it for everyone else.  I dont even think he can actually change or fix it if he wanted.  I'm no programmer, but seems as if it would create more problems than it's worth.   Just get some friends on this game to help you out.  You can still send cash to them, then they can send cash to your nephew or whoever. same with items and amenities.  It's prison, so you gotta make it happen however you can. best of luck

Yes, that's exactly it. FYI, I've heard the same heckling and BS from people who were confirmed cheaters, so you'll forgive me if I don't jump to give you what you want. The rules are clearly outlined, and 100% fair and balanced since I don't bend them for ANYONE (hell, Tommy and I are different people, but since we're in the same office we're marked as dupes, I don't even remove THAT).

You're as straight minded as the programmer.. The real thing is that no one cares, because if anyone did, they would have found a solution to this problem. You can integrate a timer on the server counting 24, 48 or 72 hours from the last logon on the used ip - in this interval the person using that ip will not be able to attack, raid, mug, buy from, sell to or send cash to the users logged from the same ip. After that interval the inderdiction should be released.
