i downloaded a game for 7 favors from PlaySushi. i got the favors, but now i have a virus that gives me PlaySushi pop-ups every time i get on PB. I've tried all kinds of anti-virus crap and i can't get it off.

Thats becouse that isnt a virus.

mufasa, i dont know how you do it sometimes, i would put most of us in permenant isolation or yourself for mental breakdown

I am not sure,if that is pop-up all browsers should block that.Or you didnt disabled pop-ups?

Uninstall game,check msconfig and see if there is anything new in Services or Start up...and disable

Clear all private data if you are useing mozilla too,never know what can help. Or use this program,its pretty good,and its free CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning.

And dont install whatever you see on your computer

or in ur task manager..  look for any runnin processes that look unfamiliar..  i mean did u even uninstall the game??

I know I uninstalled the game. I'm currently running it in diagnostic mode and i'll see if it helps.

wow.... this is the most stupid one i've seen. THe BAR its SELF just gives you a couple of pop ups... why do you think you got paid favors to install it... O.o just uninstall the bar and it will dispear.... good lord. I never even get pop ups with that bull. It just makes some words underlined and ads.

The first thing I did after i installed it, was uninstall it. That wasn't enough to get rid of the problem. Barbarian's info helped me out, thanks to those who were patient enough not to be a total jackass.
