i put favours on me account and they aint come thru i sent a text using zaypay the code was

i got  3 messages back and the last 1 said that  the payment had gone thru will i still get them, do u know if they r bein processed?

no paycode means it wasn't processed.

how do i contact dem coz i just did it again and they aint come thru i only got 3 messages its mad man i spent nearly a tenner and aint got nothing out of it

ive had the same problem you have to sign up to zaypay on the website then contact them by email give your paya number and mobile number they will then manually give you the favours. They have been having problems with there systems today but please remember they wont do anything without the paya code

I reached out to ZayPay as well, and here is what they said:

Yes, there are some problems we're working on right

now. The problem is we're not getting the right reporting for

multi-payments, most notably in the UK. That said, we're about to

manually approve them in a minute and our supplier is working on a fix.

In the end, no payment will be lost ... it just took them a while to

get to 'paid' which isn't very user-friendly.
