i bought 50 favors yesterday and they aint come thru, how do i get em?? i did it by txt message and i got the 3 txts back sayin its gone thru and i still havent recieved them yet.

OK, so send an email with the code they asked you to text (usually begins with PAYA) AND the paycode you got back after the last text message.

hey i did it by txt message, my phone got billed 4.50 , and i sent it to PAYA 3817 i recieved 3 txts and the last one said payment has been made of 4.50

What you should have gotten is a paycode back. No paycode then the order wasn't completed. That's also what ZayPay's backend shows (that it's not completed - in_progress)

i got the final txt message through, and somebody i spoke to said they automaticly go on ur favors, its been 24hrs and i dont know why i havent got them yet? x

Without the paycode, there's nothing I can do. You can contact zaypay support to see if they say somethnig different.

 i had to sign up to the zaypay website give them your paya number and mobile number they will manualy give you your favours  but you need all the information

I reached out to ZayPay as well, and here is what they said:

Yes, there are some problems we're working on right

now. The problem is we're not getting the right reporting for

multi-payments, most notably in the UK. That said, we're about to

manually approve them in a minute and our supplier is working on a fix.

In the end, no payment will be lost ... it just took them a while to

get to 'paid' which isn't very user-friendly.
