im not sure if this has happened to anyone else but wen i went to do the two new free favours from the wardens paper work and subscribed up tp them via phone conformation they didnt seem to work, i even tried it a few times and still nothing, is there something up with them or am i doing something wrong. thanks 

Nothing I can do there, there should be a link specifying how to request missing credit.
