i had the blackjack game do something like that but i was able to play and i lost the hand and it didn't say i lost anything not even "u lost" or anything. the time was between 6:59pm and 7:01 pm mountain time when it happend just incase u wanted to know.

well i read the instructions and it didnt say anything about not getting the percent of your winings

it happened to me again da day took my 4 k winings +1k

on a game it says on the bottom of it (example) you get 90% of the winnings )!!

You have to cash out in order to get your money. Otherwise the dealer keeps yo shit.
