Technically you can have 2 accounts per ip, http://www.prisonblock.com/forums/The-FINAL-word-on-Dupe-accounts-t3304.html, "(i.e. every account after the second found to be a dupe will be banned, limiting it to 2 accounts per location)".

Also, he obviously considered you his friend and then you snitched on him, that's pretty fucked up.

I don't understand how you folks keep taking my words in that thread and twisting it.

1. You are allowed ONE account per person
2. In that thread, the section re: 2 per ip and every one after that is banned was a HYPOTHETICAL situation that could come about if people kept abusing the system
3. Again, that's per IP (i.e. 2 DIFFERENT people from the same IP), NOT the same person
4. I'm still convinced you've had an account here before and I'll be keeping an eye on you
