If you're interested in training harder, your best bet is to get some energy- and stamina-boosting amenities for your cell. It looks like your cell is currently empty, and you have no amenities whatsoever.

Here's a quick guide for you, but you can search the forums or ask around to get more info:

1) Get some favors. There's a number of ways to do this: voting links on the left side of the site, completing offers for The Warden, or buying favors from The Warden.

2) Get some amenities. You can also accomplish this numerous ways. The easiest way is to trade your favors in at The Warden. You can also buy amenities from other inmates from the The Open Market, using cash or favors.

3) Put those hard-earned amenities in your cell to boost your stats and make your trains better.

4) Upgrade your cell size to fit even more amenities.

Train, crime, raid, attack, mug. Those are the ways to gain XP to lvl up. Mugging probably the fastest way.

You might want to play this game a bit more before shooting down A+ information from a staff member.

Our angry little gremlin here already mentioned he's interested in training, not mugging/criming, etc.
