1.play PB from my PC and my phone?

2.to play with one acc from two pcs? lets say mine pc and my work pc?(i know i should be working )

It's fine to play from your phone and your pc aslong as it's the same account, and you can play the same account on multiple pc's aslong as nobody else has an account on those pc'sbecause you'll be marked as a dupe.

Yes It is okay to do that, I play pb from my house pc work pc and cell phone, but if there is someone else playing pb from one of those computers you will be marked as a Dupe.
