losing stamina when leveling up

As I posted above, it is an issue with base stamina not crediting properly, it's related to leveling up, NOT the cell changes. Checking into it now

my stam is back with an empty cell,
checked it with training cell an all is back to normal

Seems to be good now, I'm going to change the title of this thread to reflect it's a leveling up issue just in case anyone else see the same issues
