i just joined the game and start searching the grounds and find alt of water and chocolate so  i get a ton of cash from the open market and i wanted to know is this a better way to get money than jobs?

Read the wikis. Read the stickies. Work your stats and you can get a job.

Save those things for training. You really should not be worried about making cash at level 1 all you need to do is worry about having good stats coming into level 2 so you can defend yourself.
