microwave oven/minimum buyout price?

I put protected microwave oven in my cell and it says -15% HP. Hp dropped but infirmery buyout price stayed at 66450 at lev 21. Is that the minimum value or is something broken here?. When I put +10% HP amens in my cell, both HP and buyout price go up.

my guess is that is min...lowest at 26 is 91k

There is a minimum? I thought one of the benefits of the HP part 2 dvds was that your infirm buyout was tiny...

There is a minimum? I thought one of the benefits of the HP part 2 dvds was that your infirm buyout was tiny...

it was when it was first released..but soon increased and now yur buyout can only go down to a certain amount based on level...i think..lol

They changed it when people were abusing it. Payout was 2$
