Hi Mufasa, my name is Kunika. First and for most, I just registered and started this new account as Kunika, and it works perfectly. This is actually my only existing original account. I am unique and the only person playing from this account and IP address. 

Now for the truth, I was banned for duplicate accounts in the past as the user "hanso_hasashi". I wanted to be honest now and personally ask you for your permission to play and continue. I just want to come clean now before I get banned later without asking you first or explaining my situation before its to late. I just wanted to say, I love this game, and I miss my friends, I've been wanting to play for a while now and I did sent numerous email explaining my reasons; but I was told "that I should have come clean before it was to late". I just wanted to say that I've sincerely learned my lesson from being banned and will never make a mistake ever. I have read the rules and i will honestly abide by them from now on, only if you can give me a second chance. I know your extremely busy and don't want to take your time any longer. Thank you for reading.

A second chance, sure, you've had way more than that. And yes, you ARE a dupe tardo. It says right in the rules making a new account to evade a ban is AGAINST the rules. Perhaps you should have emailed BEFORE making yet another account?
