no matter what it seems i cannot mug maddmanwells, each time i mug and it  says he is too fast i spy and his speed is always at least 300k below mine and i cannot catch him stamina is 100% as well cannot figure why i am unable to mug him then

300k when you have a few millions in stats is not a big difference, you should be failing a few times, and he should be mugging you when hes lucky too.

This could be stamina related aswell, or that 10% randomness thing that happens in battles, if it affects mugging too (which i think?)

ive been a whole 20m ahead of sum1 and still failed 2 mug them this 10% shit is bulshit if u fasta u fasta shudnt be failing unless ya stamina is low but this shit isnt jus a 1 off its all the fucking time
