Any specific examples? Are you sure the mail is sending? How are they relaying to you that they are not receiving?

its sending and and it looks like they are being read from my end. they are relaying by sending me messages asking if iam gonna reply, or posting in the sb to have somebody message me to get a response for them. i hope that helps.
