Okay about the hitlist how does that work is the name on hitlist the 1 supposed to hit  and i kno supposed to hit while online but 1 of them says put in hospitle for 5 days does that mean juss put him in the hospitle verytime he gets out for 5 days

No, it means that this individual needs to be put in the hospital for a total of 5 days (7200mins). If you click on the contract, you should see that you have ~14 days to accomplish this and, since it's a split contract, you don't actually need to put him for that total amount. Every hit on him is tallied and the top 3 individuals will split the pot.
