speeding means you can do more crimes and the less chance you will be hit against a fight

I wouldnt listen to 6566 for advice. He isnt really in the know as to how to train properly. Instead, Id recommend doing research and experimenting with different builds. Learning for yourself will not only earn you more respect, but will probably be easier in the long run.
