Umm.. the max amount you can have in your bank just doubles.

At level 6 your bank can hold 60,000

At level 6 (respected) your bank can hold 120,000

When the respect ends the money still stays in your bank account and no your bank account max won't quadruple it'll only lengthen the time your respected for.
