i think exp gained is based on the person getting mugged's HP...not positive tho.

I really don't know.. I just know I gain ridiculous EXP when I mug someone that has a higher level than me....

ok I just raided all these random ass quest items (not blue tickets) and don't know what the hell to do with them? where do I go? please help

^^ go to the circus yard and in the top left corner is a fat guy. you have to bring these items (without the white shoes, their useless now) to him and then you can go back outta yard, check in the infirmary/ plastic surgery, get a clown look and step right into the big circus tent

ok thanks do I need to carry all these things because I only have 4 backpack slots

you can give the clown parts bit by bit... but hurry up, friday night the circus yard will close down
