Depends on the size... small ones are worse as the spagettification is much more abrupt so your body would be ripped apart. Having said that, no one knows whether you would really feel it due to the fact it is actually space-time stretching, not you. A large one (such as a quasar) would be much better as you wouldn't feel anything crossing the event horizon but the x-rays emitted from the matter falling in would fry you before you got near.
