it is a disease you can get from being bitten by a zombie dog when raiding a cell or spread by other people.it was an event(I read the forums)and the disease itself makes your stamina half of what it was and if you talk in the sb your words are screwed up.there is a cure for it.

is there any amen that gives more then 10% speed other then xbox s?

cars 2 gives 12%?and transformers gives 20% I think

either way if you have a few of them you can still get a lot of speed
