are all surgeon packs available from each prison?
theman2...why is the bank accounts limit so small?I understand if you have a lot of money(1mil=50k interest a day)it's alright but the highest level people are dem and bluesky(the first that come to mind)and every level the max seems to go up 10k but thats still small(330k?)and people can make more that easily.

RR123well level 15's CAN have their cell fuly expanded and could probably get up to 1.5-1.8k gains, however it could also be the other way around and have a 3x3 cell and only get the minimum baseline of 50-70 it depends on alsorts, cell size, amens all of this, i dont know if there is an average
