Your trying to sell them for more than people can already get them.  You say Arizona is off limits...OBVIOUSLY..  Well in NJ why would someone by waters from you for more than they can already by straight from the market?

And we in Arizona CAN buy from New Jersey, just not directly. For that, we need a couple of guys, otherwise known as runners, and a large enough order to make it worthwhile.
