ill explain it,,,,, rounding is when 0.5 comes into play say u had 100,000 exp a lvl ,and ure on 0% exp,1,000 exp would be 1%,,10,000 exp would be 10% ,u mug sum1 and get 300xp ,ure xp would,nt go up as its rounded to the nearest whole number ...the nearest number being 0 as its under 500 exp,then u mugged sum1 else and gained another 300 exp ,,even tho your only on 600 exp,but it would be rounded to 1% ie 1000 exp because thats the nearest whole number
