just a suggestion would something like a dvd rack or a shelf that could hold say 10 books or 10 dvds or large items like the bookshelf would it b possible to put my tv on top of it saves a bit of space or would this create to much of an advantage

They would somehow probably have to make the items worth even less.  That or they have to lift the ban of how many you are allowed per cell. 

That or the amenity that allows you to stack alot of items would cost a tooooon of favors i'm sure.

Novel idea, but not likely to happen. That's kinda why there's things like the bookcase (which comes stocked with the books). Reason being, it would be a pain to have to code actually adding items to a bookshelf or something.

Many people? We're only 63 in AZ and I'm pretty sure that we are less than 15 to have our cell maxed out. 

Cell size will most probably be increased as more prisons will be added. Mufasa already said that he has 2 other prisons ready to be added and he will probably only release them once he feels that there is enough people ready to join them.

In my opinion, the current max cell size is ENORMOUS. Without any amenity equipped, I have 25 energy and 148 stamina. Equipped, my energy turns to 57 and my stamina to 198. So I become literally 3x more efficient at training my stats... and you guys want more? I think we're facing a case of boredom here...

Most likely (which some new features will fix), and yes, with such a low AZ population, there's no reason for something like Louisiana to be available.
