You are probably right,i was no thinking in that way...

But, i know many people here who are trying NOT to level up,becouse Arizona is scary place with expencive items for them....They just stocking NRG and Water in his inventory and useing them when become higher level...Maybe new prison will push up them to level up and fill ARZ with more population?

Well if people are scared of Arizona, they aren't playing right. At a certain level, you should be fully ready to deal with AZ and all the stuff that's here. I do crimes like it's nothing, and I barely ever train

Well ur speed and nrv should do it as it's more than enough for crimes in AZ ,mayb you should have put up tougher sets of crimes there.....though NJ was toughest for me..PTM and AZ got better and better..

yeah you are right, putnam is quite easy, while didn't went to AZ at the moment.. i am sure since things are expensive in AZ, you will earn more as well.. so bottom line is, it will be same as putnam..

u r wrong bro ! putnam = cash,cash and cash ! u've never got to do crimes for earning cash ! u just have to play games for it.

for example, prisonpockects game in NJ has tax of 50 $ which is less,but the earnings we get from it is just 30 %..u can only win 100s of bucks...but here in putnam it's 100 $ tax though,but it'll not make any difference as we get 100 % of the earnings..

in AZ,the same game prison pockets,has a huige tax of 500 $,and we only get 80% of our winnings...bottom line,it's hard to earn in AZ and for that the prices of the items and weapons are also hard to get...AZ is a competetion of challengers bro. it's a kind of master fight as everyone out there are masters...think abt it !

And with putnam crimes,i just told that it's lot easier ,not bcoz of the requirements to commit it or something but bcoz we were not experienced in crimes in NJ,so it was tougher..now u have lot more efficiency...so there are chances to succeed.

Money is way easier to earn in Putnum.  Mufasa is absolutely correct, at some point the crimes you can succeed with a really high rate in AZ.  But as far as the mini-games there is nothing better to earn cash than Putnum.

The crimes in AZ may pay more, but not that much more.  2.5K - 3K is a good starting point (level 11 and 12 nerve) crimes.  All of your revenue is generated by crimes in AZ, so stock up and play the minigames for as long as you can.

Speaking on that Compton, I'll be tweaking Putnam's levels tonight or tomorrow. Putnam was originally intended to be a sort of "Halfway House" between NJ and AZ, but it seems people are just camping there.

Yeah I am glad I figured out to maximize my mini-game/crime ratio pretty early.  Besides AZ is kind of lonely, not like I am that big of an attacker .... but we are clamering for some fresh rich meat.  By using the time you have training and continuing to level it is more than enough days to level 10 to earn enough cash and save some items.  I guess I don't understand why people are camping there.  I mean heck, the minute they bring 500k to AZ it will be gone in a day or two with this bunch. 

sounds good, arizonas population is low at the moment and a big part of  this people had their last seen weeks and months ago. but i think with your new solution there will be some more action and activity in arizona, thx for that
