what amneties are there that boost up your speed apart from the book-case ?

da yoga mat but thats only 2%... & TP is 5% and u can have up to 6 in your cell

Toilet paper boosts your speed by +5% and you can have up to 6 of these in your cell. If you have all 6 that'll be +30% added speed

Huh,before new amenities comes out only amenity that boost speed was bookcase!
