bull. i went into az with 1k eds, and 3k sws. got to level 11 from that, from 9. about 15 crimes, otherwise, all training. of course i did have a max cell...

well i was in az at that time, with the trains of what putnam would get now. at my best, 178 energy-gained over 400 in stat

yah im lvl 16 dude and i still haven't figured out the STM/NRG ratio lol, Jagen be a good person to ask he has mastered all the damn strategies lol
