Since your able to reaarange your cell while in isolation, it only makes sense that since your already visiting the infrmary, that you be able to rearrange your face while recovering in the infirm!

Open the surgon office thingy on in a different window and fight/train on 1, when u OD/Loose open the other window and look around in the surgon's office thingy? simple, Smile ( but u cant save and change it untill ur out,
