Even though i imagine it would be hard for staff to code in 2 separate descriptions for something with an identical name and not have them collide.

Maybe a Shaman or Priest amenity that goes in your cell and decreases the chance of an amentiy being removed.

Just as crawdads decrease chances of OD with EDs.
