Just a quick question. If I were to buy a weapon that is obtained in for ex .Putman, but Im in Jersery would the weapon still be usable to me, or is it strictly based off your level? i want to possibly buy a board with nail, but want to make sure I am actually able to use it first.

Yes, weapons and armor carry over.

But make sure it's in your level range.

So you shouldn't be buying a board and nail. The level requirement is level 7, just in case you missed that.
