"Movies posted by members" means that any producer can upload their own video, track who downloads it, and hold a huge lawsuit against those people if they have a good amount of people to break apart.

And bad quality is bad quality, which isn't really worth it.

Well if you choose a proxy from Panama you are safe cause they have this law thing in place. In firefox you go to tools, options connections settings manual proxy config use for all protocol thingy write the ip and port. press okay

That doesn't sound like you understand fully what they have done to make an illegal act legal. Also, in case you're referring to a Terms Of Use agreement that you will not misuse the service, they can still file your name away, and during the preparation for a lawsuit check up to see if you misused the service (which I'm sure applies to at least 90% of the cases).

If you're using I.P.'s that you were recommended, but don't know about, you should be aware that you're sending information through a third party, which can make transactions and account information available for access by the owner of that I.P.

Also, many commercial proxies store your I.P. information when you access one of their servers in case an investigation is conducted, so even with a proxy you aren't necessarily safe.
