yes hey... i just payed some1 $20pp and as soon as i gav it to him he got offline...... is there anyway to fix this or get my mony back???

after 24 hrs i would file a dispute on paypal

There is prolly instructions online at paypal or google it... but that is messed up ppl been scamming pp alot latley But several things could have happened internet loss, ect. sp the person might be getting bk on to finish the deal.

sometimes theres an explanation for them loggin off .. if not paypal is real good with settling disputes like this

Find out if he is actually scamming you 1st of all, if he is file a dispute, if not forget bout it.

And put him on blast so every1 on here knows who he is and knows not to deal with him.

Since its been 2 days since hes been on Ild go ahead and file that dispute.
