check paypal to verify the transaction went through, check your account/transactions to verify it was rcvd on PB...

If neither happened it didnt work, if one and not the other then it could be an issue but i dont know how they resolve that

It can take up to 24 hours with the new buy system. I can't exactly remember what changed, but when I used to buy favors they were instant and now I got a thing saying "can take up to 24 hours". So, your probably in that waiting period.

If it goes past 1-2hours contact staff. But yes it can take up to 24hours
