yo bubba.. my suggestion is to pick a day... lets say the 1st of the month... stick with it... it will be hard the first 3 days but after that its cake. ITs MENTAL.. ill tell you why... when i decided to quit i started using the nic patches... i felt good i didn't crave a cig i was OK.... the next day i thought i had put a patch on or it must have fallen off... i felt great the whole day.. i thought to myself im good i wasn't craving... when i went to change the patch i realized i didn't have it... i said to myself ... fuck that if i didn't smoke the whole day without the patch and i thought i was good... then i can do this!!!

i quit bout 5 years ago, cold turkey, after 5 years at a pack and a half a day....

first 3 days hard??? fuck no the first 3 months.... still get cravings now but manage to stay away from em...

heard of some ppl having luck with the gum... some with the patch... and some using champx (i think its called, in canada anyway)

its when i first wake up in the morning ive noticed is the toughest (thats what broke me)

im thinken bout smokin this pack i juss bought

save one for in the morning

and be done with it

It's called Cost-Benefit Analysis, You add up all the benefits subtract the costs, the right thing to do is the one that gives most profits

The government gains by having people smoke

alot of tax revenue, the govt saves money when people die early, and you save on housing for elderly

so the money to be made from sellin cigs > stopping

they are always beside me

i have 2 stores withen a mile of my house lol
