whenever I go to the shoutbox it always just shows a black box for everyones avatar,anyone had this problem or know how to help?

it might be because you are using internet explorer theman. that browser wont show a lot of peoples avis

I believe under orientation it says "new here,NEED HELP" and this isn't really a bug in the game more like a personal problem
