Question about training....now i usually use a combination of large chocolates and energy drinks with a little water but that seems to be taking a lot out of my bank, so i'm wondering if there's any other way to build up NRG and STM so i can train at a faster rate?

I think at your level chocolates and small waters would work best. That is what I did at your level.
