Hmm a theme you could do is ask who would be willing to participate in the competition, assign them a number and then have them base their image around that number but they can't leave any clues as to who or what gang they are in...just throwing that out there

I like how peoples minds work so if they were assigned the number 8 their entire image would have to be based on that number and things to do with 8 lol its crazy what people could come up with....

Like, they make it on their computers, then upload it on imageshack, and send you the link. then you post the link image on the thread of the competition

They just upload their image to a website like photobucket or something like that and then pm you the link or img code for you to use. Ill email you the example on what they could email you...
