There's definitely a bug with the vaults in the gang. I just emptied one of my vaults, and although I have 0 items in it, it shows that I have 214 in the vault.

Also have this problem, Capacity: 1908 of 2000 but when I add them up there is only 908 items in there.

Error withdrawing items can't withdrawal my items from vault

Looks like you tried to withdraw stuff while Mu was working on correcting the issue as indicated in the original post. I'm able to withdraw now, and the bug of ghost items has been fixed, at least for me.

i also have a vault with 89 dead spaces. i believe it was when Mu removed the blue tickets from the game

Try depositing something and then withdrawing it. That cleared up my ghost slots!
