[BUG Pool] or user error and need some advise

each time I bring up the pool game in putnam it plays the logo but then stays a blank wall background. I downloaded the latest flash player but its still not working. Which version of Flash do I need as I'm sure this is an error on my end but not sure how to get help for this. Thank you.

or are you getting a block logo at the top of the screen??
i had the same issue sometimes morzilla etc wont let it load coz it blocks it
