Your case is the first complaint that I've seen about this yet. Without more info, I'm not sure what to say. I can't seem to reproduce the problem over here.

You could try, I suppose. Along with the screenshot, please supply an extremely detailed step-by-step explanation of what you're doing in an attempt to send items, and at which point it seems to fail. And I mean extremely detailed.

i click inmates "send items button" ...

then i check the little box...and this appears

Not sure. I still can't seem to replicate this, though it does appear as though you're doing it properly. Maybe clear your browser's cache, try again, and report the results?
