Using the decrypter software I have come up with the following

He was playing billiards(pool)

He got to lvl 3

This is where he ran out of shots

He then checked his cash and saw that he did not receive all of the money he had made in the process of getting to lvl 3

The reason for this is because it only has a 15% payout.

Sorry for the grammar...... I played billiards, I have come to 3lvl when I looked at the money he took me instead that he gave me 15%
